Return Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

  • A 30-day money return guarantee is available if an item is defective, damaged, or does not meet the description.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • You may get your money back if the item you ordered doesn\u2019t show up at the address you specified. If the courier is unable to locate the provided address, the buyer should contact the courier. The reimbursement will be forfeited if this is not done.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Once the projected or actual delivery\/collection date has passed, the buyer should report that the item has not arrived or was not available for pickup. 30 days following the projected or actual delivery\/collection date, buyers must submit a written report to the seller\u2019s designated contact person.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • For Superclone grade refunds that are not defected or damaged upon delivery, a $99 restocking fee will be applied.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • To ease the refund process in case of a defect, it is advised to film your unboxing experience.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Regular grade watches are refunded only in case of watch defects. Small divergence between this grade and Authentic watch in acceptable.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Please contact sales@qewatch.co within 30 calendar days of the delivery date if you want to return your purchase. You must use a courier service that gives a tracking number to return any merchandise.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>
